Please allow 2-3 business days for processing not including weekends or holidays.
Shipping fees and taxes, will be added at the end of your checkout. Allow up to 2-4 business days for shipping and tracking conformation sent via email.

1. **Manufacturing Time**: All preorder items will undergo a manufacturing period of 5-7 weeks for “Favourite Girl Top” & 2-3 weeks for “Zodiac Signs Onesies” AFTER the preorder period ends. During this timeframe, the clothes are being crafted to ensure the highest quality and attention to detail.
2. **Shipping Timeline**: Once the manufacturing process is complete and we receive your order at our location, we will ship your items within 2-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched.
3. **Order Confirmation**: After paying and placing your preorder, you will receive an email confirmation detailing your order and estimated shipping dates. Please keep this information for your records.

REFUND & RETURNS
Due to the recent pandemic and sanitary reasons unfortunately we CANNOT offer you a refund or exchanges. However, we will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to replace an item, for the same item, send us an email at naeloneluxurette@gmail.com
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replaced product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
