Please allow 2-3 business days for processing not including weekends or holidays. 

Shipping fees and taxes, will be added at the end of your checkout. Allow up to 2-4 business days for shipping and tracking conformation sent via email.

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen by the shipping courier or upon delivery

Contact before you place an order if you require a signature upon delivery which will be an approximate amount of $3 AUD extra (Prices may vary). 
Our store runs from two different locations in Darwin and Melbourne therefore some products are not in the same location. Please note that you might receive two different packages. 


Due to the current pandemic and sanitary reasons unfortunately we CANNOT offer you a refund or exchanges. However, we will only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to replace an item, for the same item, send us an email at

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replaced product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
